We've been to Sophie's several times. The food and service are always excellent! Today, Maddie was our server and she was very attentive with a wonderful personality - she's an excellent asset to Sophie's for sure! We had the steak sandwich and seared tuna......delicious! The price is on the high side, but the food quality and service is next level! We will be back!
Great atmosphere! Friendly attentive and staff! Homemade chips were the best I've ever had. Salmon sandwiches had a great sauce!
Update: Dropped into Sophie’s with some out of town friends. Ditto on the previous review! The service team from the Manager Mark welcomed us back, definitely a nice touch. Their menu had been updated. Some stalwarts still remain. The pics hopefully tell the story! Ya gotta check out Sophie’s when your in the UTC area. (See pics at the end.) We went to Sophie’s for lunch. Definitely a favourite. Hadn’t been back due to the Covid open/close routine. In a word the food is DELICIOUS! Staff are amazing. Mark runs a great operation. Pics DON’T do the food justice. Ya gotta check this place out.
From start to finish, outstanding! The food, the service and atmosphere were impeccable. Our server, Lyanna, was truly a gem. 10/10 recommend
The Avenue is the best burger I've ever eaten...the texture of the meat and the accompaniments were perfect, the onions sweet, the tomato just right and the cheddar amazing. The truffle fries were very good too. My friend had the beet and burrata salad which was very good too.
My husband and I recently had the pleasure if dining at Sophie’s, in Saks Fifth Avenue in Sarasota. What an amazing experience. The decor both inside and outside so chic. We had Matty as our waitress. She was spot on with top notch service and a wonderful personality. We started with a bread basket of assorted toppings, delicious. He had the Tai chicken. Well prepared and perfect with seasoning. I had on of the best burger ever. Cooked and seasoned perfectly at medium rare with tasty fries. The manager checked on us several times, a nice touch you don’t see anymore. If you happen to be in the area at the mall, I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.
Sophie’s is a fantastic lunch spot. Their salads are great. The burger is great. I don’t think I’ve had anything I didn’t like. Even their unsweetened iced tea is good. It’s fresh not fake. And the breads and spreads - yum!
We hosted a group of 18 people in the side section of the restaurant. The food was excellent, the venue gorgeous and the service attentive. Would do an event of this size here again!
